Ratings and reviews

This app is just brutal and causes nothing but problems. If you lock your screen during a call, your audio cuts out. Recently, the app has completely killed bluetooth media streaming, interfering with all other apps. A reboot is required or the app must be force stopped in order to stream media over bluetooth with other apps while Business Connect is install. Obtrusive. Poorly coded. Poorly implemented. Total pain in the ass. The developers should be taken out and whipped.

Doesn't work well with Bluetooth, drops calls often, especially when moving around and switching between wifi and cellular connections, and often misses calls. Also, even with permissions revoked, this app sends out more than 85 tracking requests per hour when I'm keeping tabs on it with an app tracking protection app...not cool. Look somewhere else if you need a second line.

Terrible. New update removed the "busy" presence status. It now no longer matches the desktop app. "Busy presence needs to be added back! And it doesn't sync with the soft phone. Doesn't show users/favorites status anymore. Also doesn't connect to Office 365 Calendar. All that was done is put meetings into the calling app, and broke all the useful features of the calling app. Especially during the times right now when everyone is working remotely, seeing users presence status' is the most important. Please publish the old app somewhere for a side load so I can roll back to a working version.
