Not very good. App looks poorly implemented, forced overly convoluted password creation I forget the password almost everytime I need it. Use really easy to recall passwords if you're going to force your users to use a certain complexity of password, like bighappyhorse rather than 68)!+&0. I searched vegan and found 7 items. Really?
I've been using this app for a couple of years now and have been very pleased with it. Recently, however, it's become a total waste of time. The app won't load any of my orders - just get the 'working on it' circle. I've tried all the usual fixes like restarting my phone or uninstalling and reinstalling but none of them seem to work. Come on Tesco, this really isn't doing you any favours and it certainly doesn't help!
This app was great until I updated the app can shop ok but when I go to check out won't let me I've installed and install the app contacted customers services not even got back to me so goodbye tesco hello another store.
The app was OK, functional at least but since the last update, I have been unable to log in. It tells me that my user details are incorrect but the same details work on the website so it must be an issue with the app. Please sort it out.
Constantly breaks down when in middle of the order and have to wait hours before working again. Awful app and awful company won't be using again.
Tells me my postcode doesn't exist so they can't deliver to me. Also never any delivery spots free
