App freezes when choosing Seasons in Powerwall utility setup, having to force close the app every time. Tried configuring this about six different ways, in different areas, different approaches, every single one of them makes it freeze on a blank screen with the Tesla logo and nothing more. Waited minutes on that screen and still nothing happens. Pretty ridiculous for such expensive products.

I just tried contacting support from the email address provided right here, and it says this email address is no longer monitored. I'm tired of getting false notification saying my doors are unlocked especially when I'm sitting in the car while it's charging. This is never happened before fix it. I wouldn't mind if it was just once and gone, but I swipe it away and it pops back up a few seconds later. Someone will read this and actually do something about it for once, but I doubt it.

The controls to unlock the car and trunk dont always display. Though it has been better lately. Scheduling service through the app sucks. I described what i needed, was presented locations, selected one. Days to weeks later i am just given a msg that i cant do the selected service at the selected location....and just like that my appt is cancelled. No explanation. Ive waited weeks and now have to start over, again!
