Tracking Is Woeful we only downloaded the app to see how long we would be waiting and it told us the 18:01 would arrive at 18:18. We watched it arriving at 18:11, just as the app told us it was delayed to 18:20. Both amusing and annoying.

Thames Clipper is completely unreliable in terms of actual service. The app timetable is just as bad. Waited 30 minutes for a boat, it arrived and cancelled. The next one wasn't stopping where I needed but was 10 minutes, then reinforced 15 minutes.. and the app said 20 minutes.

Why isn't there a journey planner on the app so you can input where you are and it tells you where to go? It just has a static diagram which makes planning a boat ride more complicated than it has to be, especially if you don't live in London and know the areas, zones etc.
