Installed the app to participate in one of my favorite restaurant's rewards program and promptly uninstalled it after using it. After signing up I am experiencing delays in rewards, and have to scan receipts in which requires I grant full access to my photo gallery. App is buggy, and having to use a credit card to participate leaves user open to exploits and fraud. I am letting the restaurant know how I feel about this app and their rewards program.
I absolutely love this. This is the best solution I've seen for rewards program. No more mass of cards, having to give my phone number, pull out my phone, etc. Just register your card and everything tracks automatically. I've even found out places use Thanx that I didn't even know but came up after I payed! App has worked great for me and I haven't had the issues others have had so I can't recommend this app highly enough!
Nevee used my rewards yet but I wish this app worked with discover cards. As that is my only credit card. I have a visa debit card but I don't use it very much. If you fix that I will give it 5 stars.
with all the credit card breaches, giving my credit card info just to get a few rewards is not worth the risk
I've installed and then UN-installed this APP twice. It takes up a lot of space on my phone, and it has too many notifications. It's clunky, it fails and freezes, and I can't complete certain tasks on the PHONE itself (like adding a new card # OR adding a receipt). Then, when trying to work inside the web site instead to complete that task.... it won't allow me to log in, or gets stuck at a security page. I also could not manually add a photo of a receipt. IT DOESN'T WORK ON THE PHONE OR IN CHROME BROWSER - and there is ZERO customer support. THIS IS THE MOST FRUSTRATING APP IV WORKED WITH IN YEARS... If I did not HAVE TO have it for Flying Star rewards I would not use it at all.
Good app in theory. Customer service is good. The receipts are still not sending and I left my check at the restaurant. Frustrating.. please fix.
"Smart" phones. It's odd how adding all this technology to these things has made them so much more useful and yet sometimes remarkably stupid. Take for example that the permissions to use your camera (to send receipts to us when you need to) somehow resulted in access to your photo library and not your camera. Makes no sense. This update fixes this issue, allowing our "take a picture of your receipt" button to, you know, use your camera to take a picture of your receipt...
