Great app from the man who IS Fitness! I have trusted Arnold since my high school days with the release of The Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding. The app is good but has some shortcomings. The two for me are the font size and the Rest (between sets) button. As my eyes age, it is difficult to read the font and is not customizable. Also, the Rest button should be offset colors and larger to easily hit after lifting a tiring set of reps.

admittedly I have not been doing weights for more than a year but I was going blindly on my own piecing together tidbits from different articles and trying to set up my own routine. but this app is like having a personal coach and every workout is different and there's videos of instruction and it keeps track of the history. I am much stronger in the last 2 months since I started using the app. I was stuck for many months in my previous routine doing things on my own. And Arnold AI is awesome!!

With the Pump, there is no greater motivation to workout than hearing from Arnold himself and interacting with him along with the rest of his excellent staff and the positive community. You follow structured workouts, which I was skeptical about at first. I took progress pics before using the app and a year later, and I can see less fat and more muscle! I didn't think I changed much because I weigh the same, but I look better in bikini now! Love the daily free newsletter too - see ya in the app!
