This is one of the worst Apps that I have ever used. It does a bad job at giving the correct products after the search. Super slow response. NO LANDSCAPE MODE! While scanning bar codes it has trouble finding the product. I have to go and find a rep. to scan it for me. These are some of the issues. I also have many problems with home depots pro account also. Returns do not show up while at the cashier but does show on the account.

It would be nice if the display adjusted to landscape view. when I use my tablet, the app shows in portrait view when I am viewing it in landscape view. Also, adding a quick link button so I can view it in online. The app has limitations and being able to view a product online would be a nice option. lastly, when you have the app, you can't view it online. It only opens within the app.

They have an interesting slant on reducing returns. Last Tuesday (it's Sunday now), a truck with my dryer showed up, and the appliance was damaged. The driver took it back, saying someone would be in touch. SURPRISINGLY, no one did. Text support in the app requires you to provide; Full Name, full address, email, and item number. They want you to type all this in a text. It's just ridiculous. I can move money between banks easier than this. It really ruins buying via the app.
