I booked a Mini 3W to pickup some food items for an NGO for kids. Due to some urgent work, I could not follow up. After some time I saw the msg that it was delivered and after about 1 hr, I got a call from the sender that no one had picked the items. when contacting support, they were least bothered about the issue. The support said the driver started and ended the drop without actually picking up the order. So she just cancelled with refund and asked me to place it again! what bout lost time??

The app is okay. Most Porter drivers seem to be locals (Who are doing us a favour at times - Going out of the way for a customer is not their job. If there was a way for Porter to match the user with a driver who speaks their language it would be convenient. Coordinating, gate passes etc. can become easier. My last experience was not good - the driver spoke a language which I could not understand. And the driver was unable to deliver the products to my doorstep.

The drivers seem to make multiple deliveries at the same time. This is the first time I have booked it and the driver was going in totally opposite direction of the pickup location. When I called him, he said that he was making an another delivery and shall collect my parcel after that. It took him about 20 minutes just to reach the pick-up location whereas, when I booked the driver, he was just at 1 minute distance from my pickup location.
