Ratings and reviews

The app is very good. The availability of the drivers is fast and the allocations also happen fast. The customer service though is the worst. These csr are either working from home and or have no managers or quality to assist or overview the calls. I have faced issues with the CSR twice. Both the times my experience has been very bad. I request for an English speaking csr and the call is attended by someone who doesn't understand English at all.

Very bad experience. I took dedicated vehicle package which costed extra money for fast delivery but item was delivered very very late. (It took more than double the time it usually takes through dedicated vehicle). Would not recommend to my friends and family. The Vehicle got damaged two times in the journey and there were no arrangement for an alternative solution. And items are damaged too. The service is not at all reliable.

I used the Porter app, and while the app itself is user-friendly, the service is very disappointing. There's no real-time status tracking for couriers, which makes it hard to know what's happening with your package. Additionally, their customer support is practically non-existent, offering no help when issues arise. This will likely be my first and last time using the app. I would not recommend it and suggest opting for more reliable courier services instead.
