Waste of time and money. uninstalling after this app failed me 3 times in a row. I booked a non priority pick up. The delivery person never picked up the parcel. So, after waiting overnight, I cancelled it and was still charged 40/-. The next time I booked express delivery, I was promised a delivery person in 30 minutes, no one was assigned for 4 hours. I cancelled and again I was charged cancellation. The same thing was repeated a 3rd time. useless.

My recent delivery experience was a complete mess! 😤 I placed an urgent order at 3 PM, but nothing showed up. I switched apps, and then, to my order was delivered at 3:30 PM by other ap, even though the app had rebooked it for 6 PM! A delivery person showed up when my office was closed, and since there was no thing to give him, I was charged an unnecessary ₹40. This is supposed to be an urgent delivery app, but my order arrived 3.5 hours late! I shouldn't have to wait around for hours for.....

the app is convenient but when we feed the address then it does not show on the map. The position of the porter is also not accurate on the map. It is slow on updates. The delivery porters are good and polite.
