Please add an option to increase price of an order from my side. Some routes are messy where riders dont want to go, in such case the order remains open from morning till night and nobody picks it up. In such case if customer has the option to increase price or add a tip from his side. the riders will accept such orders for extra money. please look into it.

sucks. took my money and did not deliver. said they would do it in 10 mins and then cancelled the order after a whole day. tried to talk to someone, always hit an AI chat agent wall, where there was no console to type through (only pres set replies).. also couldn't sign up, app is the epitome of suck.. don't use ever. save your time. this app sucks

Most unreliable service from this app, they don't follow their riders, yesterday I booked parcel with this app but, rider went in opposite direction to pick another sample or for some other work, after reaching at that destination he demanded to pay extra money and showing me extra distance. he delivered my samples 2 hours late as the expectation, when I discussed with customer care they denied any compensation and just said they will take action against rider..is that enough???
