Ratings and reviews

This app used to be a gold standard at one time. Now it looks like it's in shambles. Delivery partners don't pick up orders in time, lie and convince you to cancel for no extra charge(but you get charged) because they can't pick up in one hour of placing the booking even and even after paying the extra amount and booking another parcel the parcel reached after 2 hours when it should take an hour at the most. Terrible service. Would suggest going through other apps.

The courier/delivery person requested to cancel the order as she was not able to use her phone and trace the location and after selecting the said option of "Cancellation requested by courier" from the cancellation list still they charge fine and no customer support available. Till date horrible experience. Highly not recommended app.

From past 2-3 months Courier are not getting assigned.Neither customer service is available. . we are helpless and our money is stuck in app. we can't connect with customer service agent in app. this is horrible. Stop adding any money to account or it will be stuck like mine . . they have some internal issues. that's why delivery agents might have stopped working for them . I request Google play app team to really verify this or pl remove this app from store. I forcefully have to use my money .
