Ratings and reviews

We booked courier service from Porter. Horrible experience! Although we had added the package size in the app, they were sending two wheelers for pick-up. This happened 2 times before they were able to send a 3 wheeler which could fit the package. Additionally, they cancelled the order without informing and now the package is lying in their hub without any resolution. Plus there is no number where you can talk and get issues resolved immediately, always a callback. Bit more than they can chew!

Convenient transport but just one issue. Been using the app for quite some time and despite putting the pick-up contact person details, the driver always calls me and i have to give him details of the pick-up location contact person. Not sure if it's an issue with the app or the drivers are unaware about whom to call.

I have taken their service on 2 occasions and the first one was really good. Hence for the second time as well. But during the second time shifting, they dismantled an office chair worth Rs12k ( not while packaging in front of me) and when I received at the destination address, I could not fit it back properly. Hydraulics had gotten damaged beyond repair. When I reported this to Porter, they leave it to us to talk to the vendor and to get our repair money back. I never got my money back.
