Im a Millenial,My city switched over to this app & though the design is simple, it is not the most accessible to the disabled or the impoverished. Having "NO OTHER CHOICE" than to use this app is absurd. 1st it is in dark mode, which is no easy adjustment. Though essentially simple, the design itself invokes stress, rather than bringing upon a calm. Because my city switched over to this solely... I have no choice but to go to the station to pick up paper maps, further downgrading accessibility.

Hi there, sorry to hear that your experience with our app has not been so great 😕 Would you mind sharing the details with us at review@transitapp.com so that we can assist and help you troubleshoot the issues you're encountering? Dark mode should only be on if you enable it or if your whole device is set to it already.

After a few days, it appears the app is working again. It appears there was an update, and perhaps that was what caused previous issues. It's not perfect, but it is a pretty reliable app, AND it's the only one I know of that's free. All others want $$$ for accurate bus locations. This one is free, but sometimes the GPS position of busses is off, and sometimes it has the wrong bus number connected to the bus that shows up, and you can't submit a way to fix that.

Hi, sorry this is happening; we're here to help! Could you send us an email from inside the app? That will give us a debug report so we can address the problem. Open the app, tap Settings (gear icon), then tap the Transit logo (on the right of the 3 icons), then Email Us. Thank you!

This week has apparently seen the update that fixed the problems that made the app unusable, so I'll have to adjust my rating to 4 stars. Currently the app crashed only once, though it still hogs resources keeping other apps from working properly. I'm happy to see improved reportage, including stop quality. I hope someone at the bus co. gets that feedback. Again, a very useful app when it works right. Glad to see effort put into it.

What's new

Spring is here. The snow is bye. The roads are teeming with cyclists. Time for our usual spring cleaning adjustments, and more:

- We’ve added bikeshare fare info to the app, so you can see how much a ride on those metal tanks will run you
- Real-time data for nearby lines should now load a picosecond or two faster
- Other bug fixes and aerodynamic improvements

Rate us 5 stars to put Sriracha in our super cyclist bike bottles for extra motivation.
