USING THE TIER APP
TIER electric scooters, bikes and mopeds give you the freedom to explore your city and to get where you need to be in a smart, safe, and sustainable way. Simply open the app and rent a ride with a few simple steps.

HOW TO START A TIER E-SCOOTER & GET GOING
✅ Download the TIER app, sign up, and add your preferred payment method
✅ Find a TIER scooter near you on the map
✅ Scan the QR code on the scooter to unlock it and start a ride
✅ Push the e-scooter forward to flick the kickstand back
✅ Put one foot on the board and push off with the other
✅ Push down the throttle to gain speed
✅ Let go of the throttle or use the brakes to slow down.
✅ Surf your city and enjoy the ride!

HOW TO END YOUR RIDE
✅ Find a safe place to park the scooter and flick the kickstand down
✅ Open the TIER app and tap 'End Ride'
✅ Get out there and live your best life!

Ratings and reviews

App itself is okay, not a ton of features, map updates a bit slowly when the phone wakes up from sleep, but overall 100% serviceable even if it could use a GPS feature. The service itself is great, good availability even at night, I don't mind paying a bit more than a tramway ticket (like 50 cts more, no big deal) if it means I can get home faster (or later into the night). Love it, would recommend.

The system of zoning juste make the use of a bike useless. I live in a small city Poissy (France 78300) and if I want to take the bike to visit friends in my nearest town 5km from there in st germain, there is no zone to make the join between the two, even though service is available in both town, this doesnt make sense at all and basically make the whole reason to take these bikes useless.. =open zone between interconnected cities and I will use the app. The electric assistance stops otherwise.

I urgently need to get to the train station in the early morning, no public transport or taxis were available, so this tier bike was my only option, or running 2 miles. I downloaded the app, but it took really ages to load. It then asked to upload the driving license, but it's camera was very blurry even though my camera was perfectly clean and working in other apps. Finally it got accepted, but then I had to wait 5 minutes for it to be fully validated. It then crashed and asked me to start over
