The app is an easy access to the Seller Center. It's convenient to use. There are a lot of desktop features that are not available in the app but the important ones are here. Checking Finances, Withdrawal of Earnings is easier with the app. They also added last time the RATINGS, which made it easier to check if there are ratings that need attention. Of Course adding products and booking orders is available in the app. The CHAT, I guess needs a little more improvement.

This whole app is unfair to sellers. You give 3 days to ship but take off points if it's not sent the next day. Blame the seller when the scan doesn't show up, even with a ship receipt as proof. Ready to just close the shop, it's not worth all the hoops you have to jump through. If you don't hit the perfect scores in the algorithm you are buried under everyone else. I make a lot more through my website.

Awful, doesn't connect my accounts, support useless. It keeps asking me to verify, then telling me I have already reached my account limit. Customer service has no clue, they don't even seem to understand the problem. If I already have a verified business account on this email, how can it not just connect to it? Really awful, frustrating, waste of time!! M sure they don't even read the messages, because responses don't seem to correspond with the problem.
