If only I can give 0 stars. When you apply for a voucher, the senior/pwd discount disappears, leaving only the VAT discount. Then when you pay online, you won't get the full discount and the store won't refund you either because they will match your outgoing total. So don't make online payment if there is a discount ID code, just do cash on delivery. Stores can't do anything either

The menu selections are nice, my gripe is not knowing the location of the delivery driver. My order is taking so long, when the store i ordered from is just 2 streets away. Edit: (originally 3 stars now it's 1) I did not receive my order!!! there should be a function where the delivery person can call or chat with me to know if they arrived at the right place. The tracker just says, "you have no orders to track" Im hungry and angry 👎👎👎!

We ordered via App from Orani Branch (auto -selected by the App) and paid in advanced just to get our order forwarded to another branch in Balanga Diverson (without our permission or confirmation) but then they said that their rider won't deliver to our area past 6 in the afternoon because it's too dark, LOL. FYI, it's not too dark (I ride there all the time), because along the highway, there are solar light posts installed. It's a very frustraing experience. Our money is on hold for two days.
