Worked for about 1 week! I have now been with T-Mobile for 18 months and this app only worked the first week. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled several times. It always says this feature is not available at this time. Not a good or reliable feature. The transcript is horrible as well. It puts whatever it wants does not even display comprehensible sentences.

Bluetooth doesn't work with this. I have to hold the phone up to my ear while wearing hearing aids. The only sound on my device that doesn't go through them. Nothing ever translates into text either. Not even automated voices. It's dumb and useless. I just reinstalled it like someone suggested but still garbage. And I learned that I could pay for a premium account, so it's just a grift to get me to buy something. Smh.

Didn't work right out of the box... Lol.. Deleted Update: tried it again and it appears to work. However the sound is very very low and really hard to hear. My heading is very good. I can't imagine someone with lower hearing, heading their messages and so fair none of my messages were transcribed so can't depend on that. Gained 2 stars just for actually working.
