I come across this problem waaay to often with digital websites making it very hard to delete your card information because they want to steal your money. Very predatory and sketchy. If anybody is wondering you just swipe right. It doesn't say anything anywhere on how to do it though and they purposely make it hard so that you leave your payment options available for them to take your money. Because they know if you keep it up there, you will most likely buy it again. I don't fall for that.

So far i've had the same recurring issue, even reported the issue directly to token transit. I purchase through the GET agency, so single ride passes are $1.65. Despite having a strong internet connection, as well as money on my card, taking screen shots of myself activating the passes, and when they'd have a constant loading icon on the screen, and not activating, they haven't actually been helpful. It's very frustrating to use from time to time. Several passes failed to activate constantly.

Barely functions. Bluetooth has not worked a single time and it's slow to pull up the manual screen, so you stand there blocking the bus line tryint to get it working. I use Bluetooth all the time for other things and have never had any issues. Almost everyone else I've witnessed use it has had the same problem. Then the app gets mad because "You can only tap once every 15 seconds." Why!? Technology is supposed to make things easier and faster. This is utter garbage.
