I had two successful transactions before, but my third experience has been very disappointing. My gift card trade was completed successfully, and my funds are still in my wallet, but I haven't been able to withdraw because the app keeps showing "Limit Error." Support first asked me to wait 12 hours, but the problem remained. After contacting them again, they told me to withdraw only ₦4,100 at a time, which is not a practical solution for a large balance. It use to be a good app, good rate and pays in minutes. But I'm drawing the attention of the developers to an error massage I get recently . On two different occasions I tried to sell my card but when I am expecting the transaction to complete successfully it keeps saying decline and reason is because the card has been redeemed already. These are legit cards that has never been redeemed. When I try it on other apps it is successfull. I'll give more stars when this is fixed with better rates.
