App is fine, service is bad. Supermax Roam in-flight is a joke. Good luck connecting and if you do, don't expect anything higher than dialup. Was on a 4 hour flight this past weekend and only managed to use 40mb. And most of that was trying to get into apps to try and use them. On the ground is fine for roaming, but if you were planning to use it for in-flight, you're just wasting your $$$

One of the worst app as well as service provider - many areas are out of coverage or speed will be so slow that you can't even use internet - this is basics of any internet service provider to provide internet but Simba fail even on that. App is sluggish and if you have more than 1 number than then there is no option is to switch. I switched to Simba 3 months ago, struggled with internet, reported multiple times with customer service but no resolution. FINALLY I am moving out of Simba.

Subscribe for a Data only plan. In Simba website FAQ question 8, it says user can check usage using the app. However, when I key in the account ID, the app kept asking for OTP. For goodness sake, how on earth can a user receive an OTP for DATA ONLY plan?
