App is fine, service is bad. Supermax Roam in-flight is a joke. Good luck connecting and if you do, don't expect anything higher than dialup. Was on a 4 hour flight this past weekend and only managed to use 40mb. And most of that was trying to get into apps to try and use them. On the ground is fine for roaming, but if you were planning to use it for in-flight, you're just wasting your $$$

The app is amazingly....challenging to use! I changed my Telco to Simba about 3 months ago, and so far, was unable to top up my credits and recharge my account via the app. I had to go to the shop to renew my plan. So frustrating. I don't understand why it kept saying "Recharge Failure" when I tried to top up?? I even tried to do it via the website....same problem!

SIMBA offers budget-friendly data packages, however, their internet service is frequently cited as sluggish, inconsistent, and prone to signal troubles with limited reach. To regain internet connection, users often have to switch airplane mode on and off. It is advised not to transfer your phone number to SIMBA as it cannot be easily ported to another telecommunications provider. Stay cautious. Thanks
