App is fine, service is bad. Supermax Roam in-flight is a joke. Good luck connecting and if you do, don't expect anything higher than dialup. Was on a 4 hour flight this past weekend and only managed to use 40mb. And most of that was trying to get into apps to try and use them. On the ground is fine for roaming, but if you were planning to use it for in-flight, you're just wasting your $$$

Very disappointed with SIMBA. While overseas, my SIM card got locked after several attempts to reconnect for internet access, something that shouldn’t happen. I couldn’t access my account or receive OTPs, and there was no response from email, Instagram or Messenger support. Even when I see them being online, there isn’t any reply. It’s unacceptable that there’s no urgent help for customers abroad. SIMBA needs to improve its service reliability and response time urgently.

Simba really makes me disappointed with their signal and service. Some places can't even receive a good signal. So I decided to change to other platforms and I have requested to refund of my balance from my account.
