App is fine, service is bad. Supermax Roam in-flight is a joke. Good luck connecting and if you do, don't expect anything higher than dialup. Was on a 4 hour flight this past weekend and only managed to use 40mb. And most of that was trying to get into apps to try and use them. On the ground is fine for roaming, but if you were planning to use it for in-flight, you're just wasting your $$$

Avoid at all costs. After signing up for a 10 day roaming service, and if you input credit card information, they automatically deemed you "approved" for a recurring charge. Who ever wants to sign up for a 10 day roaming service on a monthly basis?! This is highly deceptive practice. They then make it difficult to terminate the service by sending you more forms to fill up. After sending in the form, they then tell me it is in the middle of a billing cycle and that I have to resubmit. Avoid!

I am unable to login using the number I specified or activate the new physical SIM. The app and online portal look like low cost products - not many features and not very helpful. Apparently, a mobile number is required to activate the SIM but I am not provided any or required to choose one when I signed up for their plan. Reached out to their customer service and they provided useless advice that do not help at all. Use SIMBA at your own risk. I am wasting money.
