App is fine, service is bad. Supermax Roam in-flight is a joke. Good luck connecting and if you do, don't expect anything higher than dialup. Was on a 4 hour flight this past weekend and only managed to use 40mb. And most of that was trying to get into apps to try and use them. On the ground is fine for roaming, but if you were planning to use it for in-flight, you're just wasting your $$$

Avoid at all costs. After signing up for a 10 day roaming service, and if you input credit card information, they automatically deemed you "approved" for a recurring charge. Who ever wants to sign up for a 10 day roaming service on a monthly basis?! This is highly deceptive practice. They then make it difficult to terminate the service by sending you more forms to fill up. After sending in the form, they then tell me it is in the middle of a billing cycle and that I have to resubmit. Avoid!

I've problem using my mobile data twice within a week even though I've a lot of data balance. I even followed the instructions given by a customer support staff but the problem has persisted. (Feb 2025) Recently, I asked Simba support to unblock international SMSes (I didn't opt in to block but it auto blocked all). It's been about 2 weeks since I raised the matter, but they've yet to fix it. The other thing is, they claimed that the sms centre number is 86714701, but I'm very doubtful.
