Actually not a bad app. Until you need support. Click the support tab in the menu, it's blank... Update 10/12 The response below is not helpful. I have the latest version. And no the internet was not normal, which was part of the issue. I was desperately trying to get help and the Support tab was blank... So the UI for troubleshooting is dizzying. Lastly and most troubling, I've been trying to bind my account for 10 minutes now it and it keeps saying failed. But everything is connected?...

The app is fantastic and actually does what it's supposed to. However, when it actually comes to showing up the biometric panel, it keeps loading two to three times. Can you please go about fixing that particular issue? It's a little annoying. It's manageable, but I'd want that particular issue fixed if at all you can. It actually happens on my OnePlus 11 5G enabled phone, which is one of the modern phones itself.

finally back in the 21st century .. an #infogee from a 'third world' service ... in a 'first world' country! an infogee often arrives as a refugee, but all too often is already resident - people paying fat bucks for ten year old tech - a whole nightmare, I tell ya 😆 All that ended today with the arrival of a brand new modem from our new ISP major TP client in NZ, plugged it in, bingo, blue 💙 light, scanned in code, got wireless, installed app, seamless. All within two minutes, three max.
