Camera slow to connect Was working fine but over time they keep adding more and more changes or features camera connection to view via phone is now dreadfully slow. It was so fast previously. I've updated to current app versions but still no improvement. It does connect still so that's a plus but by the time it does I could have just went outside to see what is going on. Summary it sucks now. All plugs are working great though just camera connection speed and this is while I'm home using WiFi

The app works for the money I paid... A few things I don't like about it The alarm goes off on motion in person. Detection, too much faults alerts constantly. I've adjusted or tried to adjust the sensitivity and still constantly goes off. Luckily, the alarm is not that loud doesn't bother my neighbors or me when I'm in the house. At night when I'm in the driveway. I would expect it to go off. And if an intruder heard it, they would probably turn around and walk away period

App works great. I have a smart plug, TP15 I believe, that I got for remote desktop connectivity. The shortcut widget works perfectly fine on my tablet (what I use for my remote access) but not on my phone. However, it works like normal in the app itself. If the widget worked on my phone, it would be 5/5 for me.
