I'll be switching service providers in the near future. Any time I reach out for technical support, the queue is in the triple digits, and the times I've managed to actually speak with an agent, my singular problem "I can't turn on my hotspot" has never been resolved. Agents will close chats as I'm trying to gather info they request, or I get transferred to another line that just ghosts me. And any attempt to leave feedback on their god awful customer support, is met with a page that never loads

Doesn't respond. Keeps saying add device but don't add right away. Slow and laggy. Overall it's almost better to use it browser but that's just as bad also. Really waste of space on phone. D8d what they've said. Deleted app. Reinstalled. Tried to verify email. Waited over an hour for email code and still hasn't arrived. Just not worth it. Spotty service. Better just to go with different pay as you go. Don't bother with straight talk.

The app updated, and now it's not working properly. All I wanted to do was change my plan, when I tried to do that, the page never loaded. So I restarted the app, and now it's telling me to verify my email. Fine, I'll verify my email, whatever. I try to verify my email, it's trying to send me a code, but it never sent. I've tried 3 times now. EDIT: Still having issue as of 8/24. Literally had to access the website through Firefox so I could pay my bill 🙃
