Blahh. the things that you really want to do are either counterintuitive very slow or non-responsive at all.. if I wanted to see my profile it's faster to open the website in Chrome, login and do it that way. the chat function in the app give me a white screen and nothing else, sooo I just log in to the website in Chrome. you get all these bonus points or whatever they call them. don't know what they're for nothing happens when you click on the icon. you can pay your bill so there is that

Today, 7-19-25 I tried logging in to my account yet again. To my surprise it won't let me. I'm prompted to type my password and the same thing happens over and over again, can't log in! I'm really hating this app right now! Also there had been an update, so I updated and still can't log in. I uninstalled and reinstalled with the same luck, so I restarted my phone and STILL cannot log in! It's very annoying. And doesn't even deserve a one star

I've been a tracfone customer for 5 years or so. I've always used the app to refill my service. But it has been impossible for a couple of days now. It keeps denying my debit card. I checked with my bank and they said my card us fine. Tried again today ( 4 times) Still denying my card. I've talked to customer service several times with no help. The last call to customer service I was on the phone over 30 minutes. Call was gone and still no help. This is ridiculous
