I've used TracFone since 2006 and never had a problem. I've turned so many people on to them which I now regret. I've had nothing but problems. I've never used my reward points EVER now all but 300 are gone, I can't log in, it keeps telling me to download yet another one of their apps.? Doesn't help at all!! It takes a few hours and many SCREAMS later before I can get some data, which use to last 3-4 months now I'm lucky if it last a week. When my time is up with T-Fone I'M DONE WITH THEM!!!!

The most useless service plan app. Literally Everytime I log on I have to log in 40 different times. I log in. It errors. I log in again. It errors. After spending 10 minutes trying to get into this god forsaken app, once I finally manage to log into my account, it takes another 10 for it to even allow me to get a service plan. The app just errors it until I have to go log into the browser version. The Touch ID is useless, forces manual sign in anyway. Refill doesn't even refill. Etc. Etc.

They keep updating the app and making it worse, freaking won't let me use bonus points to buy extra air time and freaking complicated, jumps in and out of the web, if they can't do it on the app, get rid of it. I dred calling customer service, you're lucky if you can get someone to help and don't get dropped in the middle and have to go through the process over again, done that multiple times. very very frustrating. seriously need to fix this app and have better customer service.
