Yesterday, my wife was checking her balance on her phone, and her balance all went to zero! I then checked my phone, and my balance went to zero too! I called tracfone and they said it was a "migration" problem and that it would be fixed soon. Well, it's still showing zero on both phones. The phones are still active, and we can make calls, texts and use mobile data, but account balances still aren't showing up.

It was so sweet when the app used to tell me my data balance & I didn't have to wonder. It said my balance was zero & even though I was pretty sure I still had data, I bought more... & it still says zero. It's the most basic app in the history of life. I don't understand how it could be so difficult to keep it functional.

I have the unlimited text and talk with 20GB data. I accumulated 205 GB of data. All of a sudden, this app shows 0 0 0 for data, talk, and text. Fix it! 3/20/25 Thank you for your quick response. l will update again after 3/21/25. 3/21/25 The app has started displaying information correctly again as of this afternoon. Much better. Thank you.
