Terrible app. Very difficult to use (on newest Samsung). Could not access boarding pass after numerous attempts. The screen would show step 4 for boarding pass for a split second then go "exit check in". Every time you try to go back, it kicks you out and you have to start all over. Also doesn't remember your infomation so you have to input it every time. Tried at least 50 times in a 24hour period. So much for avoiding the line up at the airport.

I was travelling with a friend with limited mobility from Toronto (Pearson) to Rome and the airline neglected to inform Rome airport that a wheelchair and support services were also required upon arrival at Fumicino. We waited over an hour for assistance as there was no advance notice. Very disappointed.

this is terrible to get ahold of anyone and the phones are a nightmare. 5 minutes of questions to be told it's a 45 minute wait
