I have to close and open the app multiple times in a row in order for it to show bus routes. Like, seven or eight times. It also only shows 3 busses in my immediate area. There's at least one stop that hosts 3 different busses, but it only shows one. I can't plan for connecting busses/ trains this way, and I resort to other apps instead. That being said, it's pretty accurate with bus location, and shows university specific busses that don't appear on major apps. Only reason I keep this app.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This app is horrible, and any university using it should reconsider. If the app even loads in the first place busses are often mislabeled, there's too much information, and the UI is just clunky. It doesn't display bus arrival times with any accuracy or reason. My main problem is with the ride-sharing service. I can out-walk it. It takes Soo long to call up a car, it takes at least 40 minutes to go 200 feet. I know this is not a University issue, so the app is a scam.

Unnessesary new app is worse than the old one. The UI is fancier but somehow more confusing. It doesn't let you select routes to view all at once like the old app. To see an entire route you have to search for it individually and you can only see one at a time. The only feature that is an improvement over the old app is the ability to put in an address and it gives you directions. If transloc could bring back some of the features of the old app I might use this new one.
