Total Garbage - Cannot even login. I login perfectly fine repeatedly from my PC on the website. So I know my ID and PW. Try it from the app, and it just fails. Tried removing and reinstalling the app, and it still fails. Called app support. They were no help and wanted to escalate me to tech support. I did not want to waste anymore time trying to resolve this, so I declined.

App forgets I have biometric login every time it updates. Prompts for user name and password. Not very convenient. This is also issued found when doing a Google search, Common Complaints About the TransUnion App: Login Failures: Users often cannot log in, even with correct credentials that work on the desktop website. "Unable to Verify" Errors: A frequent issue is an "identity verification error" that prevents users from accessing their own information. App Crashes: The app often crashes.

If you want to simply freeze/unfreeze your account, then this app will be utterly useless. First, you can't use your online credentials to log in. This app is not the same as the website. You have to create new ones. The first log-in is successful. Any log-in attempts afterwards are met with error messages even though the exact same info was entered. Do yourself a favor and don't bother. Just visit the website because this app is a waste of time and effort. Uninstalled.
