FIX IT! My password, created on the TransUnion web site, is 20 characters long. The app won't accept it, saying passwords must be 8-15 characters. How does this even happen? Fix your damned app.
Waste of money & time Unreliable information, out of date information, does not check disputes at length - side on the creditors always even when the consumer has documentation proving otherwise, always a problem with "errors" on the site not allowing me to see any substantial information pertaining to my credit report . Great free credit trackers out there, such as Credit Karma FREE that has helpful information that will benefit the consumer.
User interface The full information about your accounts as it pertains to your monthly on-time payments is missing. It would be good to be able to make sure things are reported on time. You have to log into the actual website for that. That's counterproductive!
Impossible to cancel I had to jump through hoops set on fire in hades and then set myself on fire while spinning counterclockwise to cancel my free subscription. And the smartass customer service rep i spoke to on the phone was a nice touch
Transunion It gives no way for a person to MAKE a username n password. The first screen after you download asks you for username and password as though you have already created one n there's no options for resetting either of them?
Vantage score...Why?? The service only gives you the "Vantage Score" which you can get free from credit karma. Also if your applying for credit the vantage score is usless as your lender will likely get a different score.
