TU is trash. Apparently I can't use the new app; I have to use the legacy app. Fine. I used the same credentials I use to log into the website and it says incorrect info. I don't want to change it just in case I won't be able to log into the website. They also make you "buy" your credit score. Mobile website is no better. Looks like the very first one ever put on the Internet. Same issue with their mytrueidentity website. Doesn't exactly engender a lot of confidence that your data is secure.

Literally doesn't work. I try to log in with my credentials that work just fine on their website and it says they're incorrect. I just wanted an easier way to be able to freeze/unfreeze my credit without having to go to a browser but apparently they can't figure out how to properly work the login for their app... Disappointed.

this app doesn't work. lots of glitches to navigate through. I haven't bought anything on credit in almost ten years. I have no pen and don't have the same number I used. I call and it's a quick disconnect. I mail and it's we need more information. I do not have it. just a mess. today I am told to set up an account and I will have to pay for my report. so without it I cannot buy a log wagon.
