I'm always in search of new info for how to deal with emotions; and many, many of them recommend to learn mindfulness By using this app in the past months I've been learning, little by little, how to disconnect from my problems and concentrate in myself, in this moment. All things flow through me when I'm meditating, and every argue, every pain goes away Thanks for making this app free. I'm open to new info if you recommend me anything new
