App is great for making phone calls and sms texts but the internet data plan completely stinks. 4.5 GB of data on a Lifeline phone is good for people who don't go online that much, or someone who has a desktop and a router for home internet use. For someone like me who uses their phone for everything and can't afford wifi, an unlimited data plan is much better. I may be switching my plan and porting my number to a carrier who offers unlimited high speed data like US Mobile.

at the beginning I really liked MyTruConnect, but over a years time my data kept running out faster And faster for no apparent reason. I was always connected to WiFi, so my data should have reached every month at renewal just fine like it did the first 5 months. than I had to start buying data, at first it was affordable $10 than $15 than $20 now it's $35!!! for 20gb of extra data. that's a whole month. I started looking for new service once again! š

I was very happy with these guys for about 36 hours. I guess it doesn't take very long to go through 6GB data (the only plan offered). but I'm not worried, I can just buy more in the app, right? Oh no, WRONG my friend. I select the option I want, enter payment info and BAM, an error? tried 3 different cards, they just charge $1 (that they assure me they will refund) on every attempt, but never anything more. and calling customer service got me a mentally deficient lobster in clown shoes
