QuickBooks Workforce —an app for QuickBooks Time (formerly TSheets)—lets employers and their teams track time in one place.

What your team can do:

THE NEW UPDATE KEEPS ON CRASHING SO I SENDING THE REPORTS every time I try anything it crashes what's going on crashes more than 10 times a day... it's annoying now, I've sent report when the app crashes but no reply as of yet....(I'm don't with the new updates), Anyways I have managed to revert back to the older build system and it does not crash and no issues at all... I'm happy again... I won't say how far back but it's really old and works just fine for me....

The app does what it's supposed to, quick books sync works, most of the time. Support (or finding it) could be better. The website says a chat window, there wasn't one. Your contact number is a US one, I'm in Australia, had to go 3 pages deep to find an aussie number to ring, only to hear a recorded message of Eastern Time operating hrs, again, doesn't help me, I'm in Australia. The only saving grace is I got a call back about my issue. At midnight. Problem solved, thanks for waking the kids.

The app works fine for its purpose, the issues lay with its continuous drain on battery life when in use and intermittent location tracking even when app isn't in use. On android if I only allow the app access to my location "whilst the app is in use" it will not clock in... clearly this is in issue, i am forced to remove all permissions everyday. You shouls reviee this
