Imagine how excited I was when I went to QBSE on my desktop to work on my taxes to discover that, regardless of the notifications I received every time I started driving, the app hasn't tracked a single trip since June of last year. My client list is consistent so I have rules created so I don't have to frequently categorize trips. Now I get to reinvent the wheel for half of the year for an app that is not inexpensive and I use over others because of the trip tracking feature. Waste of money.

It's our priority to ensure that you can track your mileage consistently, Julie. An initial suggestion is to try these troubleshooting steps (https://tinyurl.com/QBSE-mileage) and use Google Timeline as a backup (https://tinyurl.com/Import-Trips) to import trips. Please contact us if you need more help (Help (?) > Contact US). Best. -Karey

I've been using the app for about 4 years now with very mixed results. A week ago it has completely stopped tracking my millage and I have to use my trip meter and input everything by hand. The help section in the app says nothing but there was an error and try again later but never works. I've reinstalled twice with no change. This is my last resort before I cancel my membership and can't reach anyone for help. If I could rate less than 1 star at this point I would.

It'd be our pleasure to point you in the right direction, Sean. To ensure your tracker works properly, it's recommended to follow these troubleshooting steps (https://tinyurl.com/QBSE-mileage). You'll also be able to manually record or import missed mileage to your app. We hope this helps! -Jay.

I've been using this app for years. Recently,I got a new credit card through my bank. I linked that account and specifically designated that card only to be tracked. Now its tracking every account associated with my bank, including my investment accounts. It says I have $20,000 in transactions that need to be sorted from accounts I have not toggled on. This issue needs to be fixed immediately! I'm not going to sort hundreds and hundreds of transactions because of a glitch. l'll find another app!

Hi Rachael. You should be able to turn your other accounts off by going to the website (https://qbo.intuit.com). Then follow these steps: (Transactions > Bank Transactions > Link Account > Manage Connections). There you'll see toggle switches to turn your account off or on. Contact our team is you have any questions (Help (?)> Contact us). -Karey
