We love this restaurant and the food. However the servers are hit and miss for good to great service. This needs to be improved, especially seeing the servers we are talking about have been there for a minimum of 1+ years.

Had a great experience at the Erin Mills location tonight. The Happy Hour items like the sweet potato fries and Turtle Wings were excellent, and the service from Emma was absolutely top-notch. Fast, friendly, and wonderful with the kids. Thanks, Emma!

Turtle Jack's never disappoints. I had the Blackened Basa with the Lobster Mashed Potatoes. It was superb! The sautéed veggies were delicious too. We had Fire and Ice and a Butter Tart for dessert which according to my husband should be renamed to Death by Caramel 😊 We will be back!
