Could not log into my account screen went blank and is frozen, it stays stuck even when I close the app and refresh it .

Signed up, got confirmation emails that I was all set to begin, but still couldn't sign in even a week later. When I called in, I was told they couldn't help me right away because I wasn't a gold member.

Item availability option is too difficult. Please set dark screen server or dark home screen to protect our battery and devices. Thanks 😊
