Uber used to at least work. My last experience using it was horrible. When I last tried to book a ride, the app looked totally different and thought I was in a different country. After typing in my correct location and destination, it gave me 12 different options of rides available. After choosing an option, there was no confirmation, no driver information, and no map, so I thought the app wasn't working, and I chose an alternate mode of transportation. Afterward, I got billed for canceling.

Uber is determined to prive that it's the worse car service ever, it's almost impossible to reach them in Egypt, if you lost an item in the car that's another impossible thing to do, to reach the driver or get any information about them, because of all the privacy. I've lost items in other car service applications and I was still able to communicate with the driver directly without even needing to get back to the app, and get my items without any trouble. Even the car details they removed it.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Uber. I waited in a long line at the airport, and after receiving the PIN, I shared it with the driver, but it was invalid. I had to hop into different cars, as they couldn't verify my PIN either, until one driver informed me that the PIN had expired and I needed to renew it. I wish the app could provide a time limit or notification at least. Additionally, the app didn't allow me to choose my exact location.
