Ratings and reviews

Their customer support just keeps getting worse and worse. They used to be more dependable than Doordash but now it's just as awful and navigation within the app is ridiculous. This service can barely even be called a service with the lack of accessibility it presents to its users. y'all also need to fix your "change delivery address" function. it never works, even if the user tries to change it before the order is assigned to a driver.

Overall, the driver request side is pretty good. I hate that I can't opt out of the ubereats tab. As a user I should be able to opt out of a piggyback app I didn't download. I also don't like that I can't give reviews to drivers who get assigned to you and then refuse your trip, the app matches you with another driver, but it's often time lost for the user.

shows miles instead of kilometres. no setting to adjust this. drivers constantly cancel at the last minute, making me late, or take forever to assign a driver. my rating as a passenger is basically perfect, yet the experience is super unreliable and impossible to plan against. and i am in a huge city with "plenty of ubers nearby".
