App has been freezing and dropping items from my cart, and now my latest order was put through twice, the second starting after I had just received my original order 5 minutes before. My order was cancelled but I still had to pay the delivery fee. I already subscribe to Uber one. Extremely unimpressed with both the app stability and service. Only help was being told to follow basic troubleshooting steps like an idiot despite already doing so.

1* : Easy Convenience. Everything around you (usually) via an app with mostly reliable delivery drivers. 2* : Friendly drivers, MOSTLY easy to use. 3* : Deals that actually help, even if it's just an incentive to not get rid of the app and pay the far less expensive delivery from the store/restaurants themselves. The other two stars are docked because of two simple factors. 4* : I'm ordering via the app so I don't have to go out. Don't auto lock in for substitutions. 5* : No lying about prices

I use this app a lot. Had no issues with it for awhile. Until I accidentally placed an order I'd meant to schedule for a later time. I noticed the error immediately and went directly to cancel however the chatbot was insistent on charging me full price if I cancelled. I got in touch with a rep who by the time I got in touch with them told me the whole thing went through and nothing could be done. Nonsense system and terrible customer service on Uber's part.
