The UBS app looks beautiful. And that is the only good thing it has to offer. It is courter-intuitive, buggy and slow. Basic features like finding previous payments are frustratingly difficult to find, it almost seems like the bank does not want you to know what/where/how much youve payed in the past. Basically, in regards to fonctionality, it seems like an app designed in 2005. Also, it is constantly updated, but why? It never gets better...

Too slow and full of bugs.The app is consistently slow, frequently crashing after almost every screen. Despite reinstalling it over 15 times, the issue persists. Error messages like "something went wrong" appear at various input screens. Once, I managed to reach the video call stage, but the person on the other end didn't receive the data I submitted earlier.

The app started draining battery like crazy. I don't know if it was an update or the fact that I enabled biometrics, but the app used 42minutes of background activity (and less than 1 second of foreground activity!), which amounts to 24.5% of the battery. Also the biometrics login is slow as well. --- update: thanks for the fast reply. I tried what was suggested but it's still the same. Right now the app shows 1h 32m background active time, and less than 1 second foreground.
