The UID Enterprise mobile app is an all-encompassing, digital resource for your employees that allows them to unlock doors within your workspace, as well as securely connect to WiFi or a corporate VPN with a single tap.

UID Door Access
Unlock connected doors by tapping the app’s Door icon, shaking your mobile device, or tapping it against the door’s credential reader. Designated doorkeepers can also interact with visitors via a UA Pro reader and grant access remotely.

One-Click WiFi & One-Click VPN
Connect to your company’s WiFi or VPN with a single tap. Get the network access you need instantly without having to constantly re-enter your username and password.

Remote Call & Remote View
Accept visitor calls from Access readers and unlock connected doors remotely.

Ratings and reviews

Suddenly don't have ability to Manager certain employees. As we have been expanding our footprint in the Unifi realm, I now have lost the ability within the UID Enterprise App to "manage" various employees. there does not seem to be a pattern associated with it (hierarchy..). And certain abilities such as Camera or VPN seem to randomly disappear. As IT Director, it is frustrating that the App isn't fully covered. Laptop has full control, just not the App.

App keeps logging me out, HIGHLY annoying, especially as I need it to open specific doors at work.... Fix your app please! At least let me use biometrics for a quick identity confirmation rather than having to go through the whole login process every other day or so... Side note: once logged in, app works great, easy access to doors and VPN, functionality works great!

We use the doorbell system and run it on a computer at our front desk. In the latest update, they made it so that the camera will shut off every few minutes, and then you will need to reconnect to bring the video back. Please revert back so it doesn't shut down every five minutes at MAX. None of your customers want this! Please fix!!!
