I am trying to look into changing a flight, but when I click "Change flights" on the itinerary page, the app just keeps opening my browser and shows it is loading something for a second. The app then comes back up with the same itinerary screen with the option for changing flights again. Doesn't actually let me do it or give any other message. Just love it when companies don't properly QA their apps.

New problem found: Multi-city trip doesn't work. When you try to add a 2nd flight to the trip, it just duplicates the 1st leg. Why does it make me type my password every time I try to use the app? When I start up the app it shows my name, account number, and miles, so I think I'm logged in but then when I go to search flights it makes me type my password. Isn't one of the points of these apps to be that you're always logged in? Also why is the seat map oriented left to right when our phones

This app is the most frustrating app I've used out of all the other airlines I've flown in. I'm flying international, and the app scanned my passport, accepted it, asked me to enter other info for the trip, then brought me back to the first part and asked me to scan my passport again, then accepted it.. and this went on and on at least five times. Maybe just let us enter our info?? Obviously, this app's "travel center" not efficient.

What's new

In this release, we’ve made it easier for you to save your opt-in preference for TSA PreCheck Touchless ID when you travel through an eligible airport. Once you save the preference in your profile once, you’ll be opted in each time you check in and get your boarding pass.
