Ratings and reviews

Works pretty good if you have an American passport, but the app is very buggy when you have to enter in a passport from another country, or a Permanent Residents Card. It asks for the card, but then tells you to take a photo of the passport. On one screen, you take the photo but then can't submit it because there is no button. I tried numerous times to check in my wife's passport and at one point it looked like it was processing; then it threw an error message.

Your website is not user friendly, does not reflect, changes made to your account. I paid for a checked bag, it kept asking for me to chose one, that I had already purchased it. I also opened a credit card to use with the additional perks of a free checked bag. Still not reflect while attempting to check in to print boarding pass. I waited an hour to speak with someone to confirm that I had paid for a checked bag and that my credit card was applicable. Your website not accurate or user friendly

The app itself isn't particularly bad, but it is borderline impossible to check in with a foreign passport. The document scanner for Permanent Resident cards just doesn't work at all? Literally zero functionality. It takes the picture and then never shows the accept button, only prompting a retake. Spent almost three hours trying everything to get it to work, to the point where my phone was even showing me popups that the app had a bug 😭
