Constantly telling me the "gift card is not available for purchase at this time." Constantly! So obnoxious. And I can't find a way to purchase the gift cards outside of the app. Wish I could go back to the old app version from well over a year ago! They made the current version all fluffy flashy rather than practical.

Finally, after a year of trying to purchase ecards with no success and no response from support, I tried it again this week and was very happy that I was able to buy about five gift cards. The first few worked great, but t then I got to 1 store and it showed I had no. recent purchases.Luckily, I thought to go to the email and open it from there or else. I tried to purchase e cards from four different stores today and was told they were not available. so still 1 star after a year.

Previously I would have given it 4 stars, but they overhauled the app a while back & removed an important feature--the ability to refresh balances on purchased cards. In the previous version I could drag down to refresh (with the caveat that some cards may not update). No longer. I also drop a star because they make it very difficult to delete a credit card once added (adding is easy), & the fact that you have to do this on your MileagePlus profile isn't even mentioned in the MileagePlus X FAQ.
