We collect the following personally identifiable information

1. Location (GPS coordinates): We use location data to identify the most suitable partner for a particular customer order. We calculate the distance between the customer's location and the partner's location and this distance is one of the inputs in finding the most suitable partner.

2. Call log data: We use call log data to identify calls which were initiated by the user of this app (i.e. UC partner) but were not picked up by the customer. By identifying these calls, we notify the customer that our partner called so that the customer receives the partner's call the next time round. Additionally, we also use this data to remind the partner to call again so that a partner sees higher lead conversion.

3. Contact details data: We collect your contacts data (only after you give permission) and identify your contacts who are already working on our platform. You can go through their profiles, get ideas to improve your profile and get in touch with your contacts to learn how to be successful on the UC platform. We sync and store your contact data on our servers and in some cases may send marketing communication to your contacts.

4. Transactional SMS data: We collect data from transactional SMS to assess your eligibility for loans on UC platform.

not able to connect to the help centre client has rescheduled to me again and I have done that job as well but cancellation counted on me and same day other booking cancelled by client but counted on me tried connecting to help centre AI is not able to help me out. And i got 1st strike everything else is good because of the cancellation which client did it I'm struggling.Not able to solve my issues. They should be supportive from the app

I am extremely frustrated with the delay in my refund of ₹10,000 paid as a training fee for Urban Company (AC Technician – Fresher). As per your policy, this amount is refundable if training is not completed, and I have already exited the program. It has been over a month with no refund or clear response despite multiple follow-ups, which is unacceptable. I expect immediate processing of my refund along with a status update. I have emailed 2 times still no response neither any support

Support, Payment, and Branding It is difficult to reach support; waiting an hour for callbacks at a customer's home is impossible. Please provide a direct helpline or instant callbacks. Regarding payments, the split between installation fees and incentives causes confusion. Please process full payments instantly. Also, the app must show complete customer details for efficiency. Lastly, providing branded T-shirts/Uniforms will help us establish trust and professional credibility with customers.
