This minimum check out thing is a problem in what was a really good app for almost all the things. Now that if someone wants only one of the things, they have to forcibly opt for another thing just to fullfill the minimum checkout amount. What is it Zomato or Swiggy, where you are just ordering extra so that you save on delivery costs? Really a bad move. It was my go-to for multiple services. Now i would rather use the traditional methods. Also, its not like you are tipping your people even, so?

I have been waiting for over an hour past the scheduled arrival time, and the professional hasn't shown up. I tried to contact customer care through the help button but there's no chat box to enter my issue. The app's UI is buggy and frustrating. I reported this issue 4 months ago, but it's still not resolved. Seems like they are running the company with fewer than 5 people – no developers, no customer care. No option to contact them when the professional doesn't arrive.

Yesterday,I booked a service with Urban and was extremely disappointed with my experience. When I booked the service, I filled in my new location details correctly, but the driver was sent to my old location instead (tech issue). This caused me to miss the only suitable appointment even in all other companies. When I contacted Urban to correct their mistake, they refused to help. I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed with their service. I can't relay on their service anymore.
