I was on a monthly recurring plan with a plus membership and I've had the same professional for about a year. However the app has now been updated where it cancelled your subscription and now the monthly frequency is no longer available and you're forced to either choose fortnightly or a one-time booking at a higher price - and you won't be able to get the professional you've been getting. Oh but the plus membership subscription remained even after the update though.....

Worst app experience. Do not depend on them for emergencies. Booked for a service. The guy didn't show up. Not responding app call. I tried to reach customer care. But they were taking time to respond. There is no mail id for customer care we have to connect with chat box. At last the executive called & tried resolving my issue. They were not able to provide backup for their service.

At first it works fine, but it becomes very inflexible to a changing needs. Had a recurring plan for home cleaning, it doesn't allow any change to the type of service. Once you're in a plan, you stuck with it. The only way is by cancelling the plan and create a new one, but no guarantee to keep the same time slot/professional as per the cancelled plan. And the need to always confirm for the service is troublesome. I was busy and missed to confirm by 30mins, and the cleaner didn't turn up.
