Ratings and reviews

At first it works fine, but it becomes very inflexible to a changing needs. Had a recurring plan for home cleaning, it doesn't allow any change to the type of service. Once you're in a plan, you stuck with it. The only way is by cancelling the plan and create a new one, but no guarantee to keep the same time slot/professional as per the cancelled plan. And the need to always confirm for the service is troublesome. I was busy and missed to confirm by 30mins, and the cleaner didn't turn up.

Enjoyed the regular service where I had monthly cleaning. Suddenly got a call that my plan would be cancelled and am forced to go with fortnightly sessions instead. Otherwise I'd have to do ad hoc bookings which is more expensive and can't get my usual cleaner. Absolutely horrible. And there is close to no help/customer service available. The in app help page never loads so it impossible to get any assistance. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Worst experience with the app with untrained professionals and can not connect to customer service. You can only talk to a bot, which will waste your time by giving you only options. Also, the app is very slow and often causes glitches. It is really a pathetic service provider. I had really bad experience, and I will not prefer to take service next time.
