Ratings and reviews

Horrible! All the lockers were full so the app redirected me to a nearby location. After booking space, the app did not direct me there. Google maps did 45 minutes later. Then the location attendant was unfamiliar with Bounce, so I had to walk him thru the reservation. When we later returned to get our bags, they had already checked them out. We had to provide other id's just to get our luggage returned. Horrible app, directions unclear, low budget operation, high prices. Use at your own risk.

The location was easy to find and it is near a public parking lot that is just behind the store block. We were able to park, then walk through a small alley to the front of the block. The men in the Camera store quickly helped us and stored our luggage in their back room. We were walking distance to all the piers at Fisherman's Wharf. We were able to return, pick up the luggage and get back to our car easily. I highly recommend this location!

okay. the service was functional. we used it 4 times in Europe averaging about $48 for 9 bags for few hours. The only issue was in Bari when I booked for several hours and showed up to the location whereby shop keeper said only open for 2 hours due to a holiday and the time in the app had also changed. Since it is prepay, wasted money. Wrote bounce--no response. Using another site for next trip.
