Doesn't help you to find out where your nearest pick-up point is. Pretty useless unless you are a frequent user and know which towns they will/won't go to. Their network is not what it was before covid. Also, the 'send us feedback' link doesn't work as their own settings make the resulting email bounce! So devs apparently not interested in our feedback. And it shows.

Love the service, but the app leaves quite a lot to be desired. To book, enter trip details on the 1st screen, which takes you to a second screen requiring *again* to enter the same trip details. Bus tracking in app doesn't work. Can't add oversized/heavy luggage as an extra from the app, which puts out the drivers (understandably). Finalky, no longer able to use Google credentials to log into account on the app, as it "does not comply with Google's 'use secure browsers' policy".

Awful function. Am obliged to use this app every week. It struggles to complete a search, it loses your results and resets to the beginning and challenges the user to select options before the app crashes again. The website functions perfectly. I am completely at a loss why Nat Express maintain an app that doesn't function at all on Android - this experience is shared by multiple people I travel with on a weekly basis.
