A buggy mess. Trying to activate my sim I've encountered 4 different useless error messages, none of which tell me why it's failing. But hey, it has a cool start up animation and a famous spokesperson, so it must be good! Now that I got it working , there's no way to see last months data usage. What a mess. Will not be renewing, mint is a joke.

Great app for a great cell offering. I finally dumped Verizon after 30 plus years and have been extremely pleased with Mint Mobile. Brought my own phone over and then switched the entire family over and it's so easy to manage with prepayment terms that you choose with out all the red tape and commits. Also have referred several friends and got credits on my own plan as well as discounts for them too. No tricks or gimmicks, just a good offering at a very reasonable price. A++++++

Spent $64 to activate service. Advertised $45 across multiple apps. I follow the steps fully, my phone is unlocked. I order a eSim and follow the steps slowly and carefully. Of course something goes wrong. It's telling me no service. Then the app freaks out because I haven't verified my info through the text I didn't receive because I have NO SERVICE! So it locks me out of the app. Now I have activated service and a useless phone that is a paper weight. Customer service isn't reachable.
