This app is riddled with problems. 1. I fat-fingered my name when registering and didn't catch it. I tried to change it after the fact and was told I had to upload documents showing a legal change of name. I haven't changed my name so I uploaded a picture of my driver's license. Now my account is "verified", and still spelled incorrectly. 2. Navigation is horrible and games are hidden. 3. Scanning tickets for Extra Chances doesn't work anymore.

In my opinion, I was spending a good bit on this app, prior to writing this review. A few days ago, I cashed in a scratcher through the app, just as I have many times before.. As usual, I accepted my credits, and the app reflected that. As soon as I tried to use those credits, the app couldn't verify my location, so I couldn't do anything. Still cant! I'm fairly technical, and I've tried everything I can to resolve this on my end. This is the only app having issues & I haven't left the state.

made a deposit to get free games but had a issue after playing a few and had to refresh = lost my free games! account information in different places and I don't know where to look - put it all in one place! where are my lost free games? *** sometimes when I open an email and go to your site the page constantly reloads so I cannot sign on and or make a deposit and or play. I've answered survey questions and explain this before but it still happens = lost out on 100 free plays the other day!
