So here it is – your brand new Virgin Atlantic mobile App. We’ve heard your feedback, we’ve taken it onboard and we’ve been working on loads of cool stuff meaning you’ve got even more at your fingertips and on the go. You’ve made us feel shiny and new…

You can still do all the basics like find, book and manage your flights. But now there’s more:
•You can pick seats as you’re booking a flight instead of waiting for check-in.
•You can manage your booking - sort any assistance you need, check if the sun’s out in your chosen destination and even treat yourself that upgrade. Go on, you deserve it.
•You can also check in for your flight. Meaning a hassle free breeze through the airport – dreamy!

There’s also lots more for Flying Club members:
•You can now view all of your account activity quickly and easily
•You can update your details and see your handy membership card on your phone
We’re still adding a few finishing touches to make your experience really sparkle. And that’s where you come in - let us know what you think and how we can make the app even better. We got to keep busy somehow!

I have tried numerous times to log in to the app and get an error every time. Biometric won't work, using my membership number won't work, using my email won't work. If I use my confirmation code for a specific flight, then I can see the details. But why won't it let me simply log in to see all of my scheduled trips? Wonderful airline. Extremely disappointing app.

cannot login at all, and it appears that this has been a common issue for literally years. what's the point of an airline app, if not to login and view boarding passes? thankfully I can text a copy of my boarding pass from PC to my telegram and bring it up reliably that way, but that's a disgrace when you look at other airline apps that actually work. I don't even understand why you would have an app on the store if you're not willing to make the effort to make the bare bones functional.

I'm about to take a flight on Wed, I downloaded this app to make things easier and more accessible and it wont even let me log in with the details I have ( these details work fine logging in online with virgin). I've waited a few days thinking the system might need to catch up, but no luck. Still as useless as a wet paper bag.Just keeps saying something is wrong. if I could book again, I probably wouldn't go with virgin as their sight is very slow, and not very informative.
