Ratings and reviews

The app is not working well, i am still experiencing issues of "error, please try again later" message for no reason. EDIT: it only works if i have my data on instead of wifi. Also, some drivers are terribly slow, what's the point of seeing them on the map when they're just in one place doing nothing for 5-10 minutes.

The App is fantastic, looks good and simple to book. However, that's of no value when the booked cab is overdue half-an-hour and you need to be at the airport. On top of that, the App provided various fake garbage ETA's that kept getting exceeded and then extended with more fake ETA's. I cancelled the booking after it was getting to the point I'd miss my plane. This relates to Liverpool. App deleted - will not waste my time with them again.

Extremely unreliable. On roughly 3 out of 5 bookings, the taxi simply didn’t show up. Even when pre-booked the day before, the app was still “searching for a driver” at pickup time. We’ve had to call friends at the last minute to avoid missing trains and flights. A pre-booking is meaningless if no driver is actually secured. Would not trust Veezu for any journey that matters.
