Worst customer service reps ever. You spend forever on the phone verifying with the representatives for all of them to give you conflicting information and overall not resolve your issue. I haven't even received my card yet but I will be canceling since I can't imagine how bad it would be to get help once my card is here. Update: I finally canceled my account and received no confirmation I just have to wait a month and hope I get my closure letter and refund just terrible. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT

The absolute worst excuse for a bank that has ever existed, you will open a line of credit that you can't use anywhere because in marks every in person purchase as fraud, the reader always just says insufficient funds, even though your phone app will always say the exact opposite

i believe its a scam company. paid my credit card off. everytime I talk to someone I get different answers. no real security team. no real supervisors. was told I'd have to wait 30 plus days plus 3 to 5 business days to see my money. after a supervisor said my documents were in "working order" and that it would only be 10 days max even tho I proved i paid. I will be reporting to BBB this is a scam
